About Racket Social Club
Racket Social Club (RSC) is a fast-growing racquet sports network delivering premium, community-driven experiences. Our Houston expansion includes clubs in Katy and Willowbrook, with a third Houston-area location set to open this fall. RSC also operates clubs in Atlanta and Denver, and will soon offer a total of 21 padel courts across its national network.
Position Overview
Racket Social Club is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Head Padel Professional to lead and oversee padel programming, coaching, and community engagement across our three Houston-area clubs: Katy, Willowbrook, and our newest location opening this fall.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven operator and coach who can build exceptional player experiences, develop high-performing teams, and drive growth across multiple locations. The Head Pro will balance on-court teaching with strategic oversight, ensuring consistent programming, operational excellence, and a best-in-class member experience across the Houston market.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Programming
  • Oversee all padel programming across three Houston-area clubs.
  • Design and manage seasonal schedules for lessons, clinics, leagues, tournaments, social play, and special events.
  • Ensure programming is balanced across beginner, intermediate, and advanced player segments.
  • Introduce innovative formats, activations, and community-building initiatives to maximize engagement and court utilization.
  • Lead successful programming launches for new club openings.
Coaching & Player Development
  • Deliver private, semi-private, and group instruction.
  • Lead a minimum of 6 clinics per week.
  • Oversee open play programming across all locations.
  • Maintain consistent instructional standards and player development pathways throughout the region.
Team Leadership & Staffing
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and mentor coaching and programming staff across all Houston clubs.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Member Experience & Community Growth
  • Create a welcoming, concierge-level member experience at every club.
  • Build strong relationships with members and cultivate vibrant local communities.
  • Develop partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives to expand awareness and participation.
  • Collaborate with marketing on newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and social media.
Business Performance & Operations
  • Monitor participation, programming performance, and financial results across all locations.
  • Use data and member feedback to optimize offerings and drive growth.
  • Provide regular reporting, strategic recommendations, and action plans to senior leadership.
  • Share best practices across the broader RSC network.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experienced leader in racket sports, hospitality, fitness, or premium club operations.
  • Proven success managing multi-site operations, teams, and programming.
  • Strong coaching background with a passion for community building.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive participation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Significant management experience in club operations, hospitality, or sports programming.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using club management systems and KPI reporting tools.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Padel expertise required; formal coaching certification strongly preferred.
  • Background check required.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred.
