EQUITY ONLY ROLE - MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO

We’re looking for someone who can own and ship content across every SideKix channel, not just plan it.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for how SideKix shows up across website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and community, and for making sure content is consistently produced, improved, and shipped.
If you are not actively creating content today, this is not for you.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute SideKix’s content across all channels
- Turn strategy into consistent weekly output (not decks)
- Write, create, and ship content directly
- Build lightweight systems to move content faster using AI
- Maintain brand voice and narrative consistency
- Track performance and adjust quickly based on what works
What this is NOT
- Not an advisory role
- Not a strategy-only role
- Not a “content ideas” role
- Not a part-time or occasional contributor role
This is a build + ship + iterate role.
What we require (non-negotiable)
- Strong portfolio
- 5–8+ years in content, social, brand, or storytelling roles
- Proof you can execute across multiple platforms
- Strong writing ability
- Experience using AI tools to speed up content creation
- Bias toward action, speed, and ownership
