Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the regional development marketing team, delivering first‑class marketing communications and campaigns that support sales and development objectives.
  • You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing regional and national marketing strategies that respond to commercial priorities, timelines and customer needs, ensuring every campaign is aligned, compelling and commercially effective.
  • This role requires someone who can build strong, productive relationships that enable effective project management, break down silos and gather the insight needed to piece together the bigger picture.
  • You’ll play a pivotal role in defining the Latimer marketing strategy and positioning the brand as a leader in the sector.
  • Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Residential Communications, the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Regional Director of Sales for the North and the wider development marketing team, you’ll help drive meaningful impact and ensure campaigns are aligned to objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience will support your success in this senior, strategic role
  • strong strategic and critical thinking skills
  • experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Solid knowledge of social media, e‑marketing and digital analytics
  • experience in both consumer and B2B PR
  • strong understanding of residential development marketing both within shared ownership and private sales — from positioning developments and brands to influencing customer perception
  • the ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • manage multiple budgets and suppliers
  • experience overseas property marketing is a definite advantage
