Job Summary
Own and drive MelodyArc’s go-to-market progress by shaping target accounts, coordinating prospecting and relationship-building with founders and senior sellers, and producing material and events strategy to convert warm connections into qualified opportunities.
- Own pipeline development and GTM execution across prospecting, account research, content, and events.
- Partner with revenue leadership to prepare pitches, demos, and customer engagements and to track pipeline health.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Run prospecting with the founder and AEs, including referral and warm-introduction programs.
- Research target accounts and build prioritized lists. Identify who to pursue and why.
- Represent MelodyArc at events and help turn relationships and warm connections into qualified opportunities.
- Own follow-ups, next steps, and the details that keep active deals moving.
- Work with senior sellers to build pitches, demos, and customer engagements.
- Support strategic account research, meeting preparation, and deal execution.
- Participate in implementations so you understand how the product lands inside a customer and what matters after the sale.
- Help own event strategy and execution: which events are worth attending, what needs to happen before and during them, and the follow-up that turns attendance into meetings.
- Build and maintain sales materials including decks, one-pagers, and case studies, and keep them current as the product evolves.
- Project manage video and content production with founders, customers, and outside vendors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales or GTM role or in an adjacent field such as consulting, finance, or strategy with a strong track record of ownership and execution.
- You’re good at a lot of things and like the variety of switching domains often. You have low ego about the work and are comfortable moving between strategic projects and detailed execution.
- You’re technically fluent, or fast enough to get there. You’ll be expected to learn the platform well enough to demo it and explain how a workflow gets configured to a skeptical technical buyer.
- You have strong critical and creative thinking skills. You can research, prioritize, and reason through ambiguous problems rather than waiting for every step to be defined.
- You’re highly organized and an excellent written and verbal communicator.
- You’re a natural relationship-builder who connects easily with people and holds poise at events and on client calls.
- You’re genuinely interested in enterprise technology, AI, process improvement, organizational strategy, and how large companies actually operate.
Preferred
- Experience generating pipeline through events, partnerships, referrals, or targeted outbound efforts.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles or working with large, complex organizations.
- Experience with CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with customer service operations, contact-center workflows, or business-process operations.
MelodyArc is the orchestration layer for enterprise operations. AI tools are everywhere, but consistent outcomes aren't. Operations teams still own the messy, high-stakes work - exceptions, cross-system workflows, policy changes, and judgment calls - where "mostly right" isn't good enough. MelodyArc brings your data, rules, AI, and people into one governed system, so the right judgment is applied at the right moment, every time, with a full record of why. Define a process once and it runs that way every time; change it in one place and it's live everywhere in minutes. Built by operators, for operators, and trusted inside Fortune 50 operations. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in NY/NJ, MelodyArc is backed by Flybridge, Bloomberg BETA, and NextView.
