This is a fully remote contract position.

Job Summary

We are looking for an execution-focused analyst to join our high-impact Business Architecture team within the CIO Office, supporting a large-scale Go-To-Market transformation program. In this role, you will partner directly with Business Architects to translate high-level GTM strategies into detailed process models, workflow diagrams, and clear operational documentation across the entire customer lifecycle — spanning Lead to Cash. You will collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to define workflows, eliminate process friction, identify opportunities for automation and AI integration, and ensure technical solutions align perfectly with core business goals. Approximately 10% travel is required for in-person working sessions, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Architects to map current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business process flows across GTM value streams including Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Order, Order to Close, Customer Experience, and Partner Relationship Management
• Develop clear, structured architecture documentation, design decisions, and requirements artifacts to support program delivery
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize GTM processes to improve cycle times, efficiency, and scalability
• Manage timelines, deliverables, working session agendas, and dependency tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Coordinate with Architects, Business SMEs, Product Owners, Operations, and Technical teams to document pain points, operational gaps, and architectural decisions
• Synthesize process flows, slide decks, and executive-ready presentations for leadership review and decision-making
• Identify and embed AI and automation opportunities into standard GTM workflows to accelerate performance and reduce cycle times
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and advance deliverables on schedule

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping and visual workflow modeling using tools such as Miro or equivalent platforms
• Strong ability to serve as a cohesive bridge between business process owners and technical engineering teams
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills with experience preparing artifacts for senior management
• Proven ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks, eliminate friction, and design standardized, repeatable workflows
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into crisp visual narratives for executive decision-making
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, pivoting between different GTM workstreams, and executing in a fast-paced environment
• AI and innovation mindset with the ability to identify where intelligent automation can be embedded into GTM processes
• Exposure to industry-standard platforms such as Salesforce CRM, CPQ, CLM/Conga, Partner Portals, PSA, or Salesforce Service Cloud

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Mapping, Process Engineering, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting
• Direct hands-on experience in at least one core GTM value stream: Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Order, Order to Close, Customer Experience or Partner Relationship Management
• Proven track record driving deliverables and facilitating cross-functional workshops across complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI and automation into operational workflows to reduce cycle times and improve decision-making
• Experience producing executive-ready artifacts and presenting process recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in Salesforce, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement disciplines such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile/Scrum are preferred
