Requirements

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and user behavior.
• Proficiency in developing and executing Lead Generation strategies to attract and retain active users.
• Experience with tools and methods for data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive growth.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience in working with fast-paced technology or startup environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
