Job Summary

Support on-site guest and partner experiences at MSG Sports by coordinating day-of operations, presenting a professional presence, and learning venue operations through hands-on exposure.

  • On-site guest/partner experience and service quality coordination.
  • Multi-tasking and communication across internal and external stakeholders to support event operations.
  • Develop research, analysis, and problem-solving skills using available tools to improve on-site experiences.

Job Description

Requirements
  • Must be available to work 21-35 hours/week (3 - 5 business days) in-person.
  • Must be available to work part-time or full-time from October 2026 - April 2027.
  • Must be enrolled as a junior, senior or graduate student for Fall 2026.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
  • In-office position located in New York.
