Alpha Hub, a subsidiary of Konzortia Capital, is building the platform that will fundamentally transform private capital markets the way Netflix disrupted entertainment and Airbnb revolutionized hospitality. Through AI, blockchain, and data-driven infrastructure, we're creating the new standard for deal-making and investor due diligence.

We are an early-stage startup with a live MVP, scaling toward a private capital marketplace that leverages AI to efficiently connect companies with the right investors, a roadmap toward secondary trading infrastructure built on blockchain technology, and a Bloomberg-like terminal product for private capital analysis.

This is an equity-based position for the first 6 months — we're looking for a calculated risk-taker who understands startup culture, believes in the upside, and wants to be rewarded for helping build something that matters.

Initial Term: 6 months (Equity-Based Compensation)

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: Common stock issued monthly in lieu of salary (based on company valuation of $26M). After 6 months, the possibility to transition to a salary/bonus/equity structure.

The Role & Who You'll Work With

This position reports directly to the Content Manager and sits within the Marketing team. You'll collaborate across product, business development, and leadership — meaning your work will be seen, used, and valued from day one.

Your Content Manager will provide direct guidance, feedback, and creative direction as you grow into the role. You'll have real ownership over the assets you produce within a structured review process — which means you'll build a portfolio of published work that genuinely reflects your contribution to a category-defining company.

What You'll Do

• Blog & Editorial Graphics — Design featured images and visual assets for blog posts, whitepapers, and long-form content that are on-brand and optimized for web
• Marketing & Sales Collateral — Create graphics for pitch decks, one-pagers, social media campaigns, and other internal and external materials
• YouTube Video Editing — Edit and produce long-form educational video content for the Alpha Hub YouTube channel, including intros, transitions, captions, and motion graphics
• Short-Form Video — Create and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn and other platforms that drives awareness and engagement with founder and investor audiences
• Brand Consistency — Maintain visual consistency across all formats and channels in line with Alpha Hub's brand guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing in a professional setting
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across both static design and video production
• Proficiency with your own design and editing tool suite (Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or equivalent)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own production workflow within deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
• Collaborative and receptive to creative direction and feedback

Bonus Points

• Experience creating content for fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services brands
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
• Motion graphics or animation capability
• Experience producing content for investor or startup audiences
• Basic understanding of social media content performance and platform-specific formatting
