Overview 

If selected to work on COACT projects as a Graphic Designer with a focus on designing pitch decks and presentations, you will craft visually compelling, strategically structured decks that bring ideas to life and support business development efforts. You’ll collaborate with strategists and leadership to translate concepts into polished, client-ready presentations. This is not a permanent role — this is to join the COACT Community of vetted freelancers and be considered for future projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and format high-impact pitch decks and presentations.  
• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging slides.  
• Maintain brand consistency across all presentation materials.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and structure.  
• Ensure presentations are polished, accurate, and client-ready.  
• Optimize layouts for clarity, storytelling, and visual flow.  
• Manage and organize presentation templates and assets.  

Qualifications 

• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation and pitch deck design. 
• Experience working for or within an agency structure. 
• Expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.  
• Proficiency designing in both PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator. 
• Ability to respond and adjust to feedback in a timely manner.  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
