Midlab is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with fellow creatives and the department director to support a wide range of design needs across print and digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Midlab creative team to develop and refine visual assets
• Maintaining and updating existing design files
• Following brand style guides to ensure consistency across all materials
• Creating and editing product photography for use in digital and print media
• Building product labels using design templates
• Preparing final design files for production and digital distribution
• Reviewing all work for accuracy and quality
• Interpreting technical documents to inform packaging design

We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled in design but also organized, communicative, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate will have:

• An Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• A strong eye for detail and design consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
