About the Role 

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help bring ideas to life across client work and internal COACT initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone excited to design across a mix of digital and experiential—collaborating closely with Art Directors and the Creative Director. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design across client and internal projects 
• Create presentations, digital assets, newsletters, and experiential design 
• Translate creative direction into clean, high-impact visuals 
• Partner closely with Art Directors and the Creative Director 
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment 

What We’re Looking For 

• 0–3 years of design experience 
• Strong portfolio with solid design fundamentals 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills 
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and collaborate effectively 

What Makes You Stand Out 

• Strong presentation design skills 
• Familiarity with motion, video editing or web design 
• Knowledge of AI image generation tools 
• A bold, curious point of view 

Compensation + Perks
