Own the end-to-end social content program across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, crafting posts, photos and video while coordinating the content calendar and creating marketing pieces.

Manage content calendar with the Marketing Coordinator and publish on schedule
Produce on-brand visuals and assets for campaigns, proposals and social posts
Organize media libraries and route leads to the sales team

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create posts, stories and short videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, following the VIVAS brand
Photograph and film our installations on site and in the shop
Plan the content calendar with our Marketing Coordinator and publish on schedule
Design sales and marketing pieces: flyers, presentations, case studies and email graphics
Mock up signage on client photos for proposals, together with our design team
Keep the photo and video library organized so every project is easy to find
Answer comments and messages, and pass real leads to the sales team

Requirements

A portfolio of design, social content or both — school and personal projects count
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Canva, InDesign, Premiere or CapCut are a plus
Comfortable shooting with a phone: good light, steady video, clean framing
You know how Instagram and TikTok work today — formats, trends and what makes someone stop scrolling
Organized and consistent: posting on schedule matters more than one viral post
Clear written English; Spanish is a plus
Able to travel to job sites around San Francisco to photograph our work

Preferred

Canva, InDesign, Premiere or CapCut are a plus
Spanish is a plus
