Job Description

Company Description

By combining advanced AI/ML with deep domain expertise in apparel and beauty, Another is solving one of retail’s most complex and overlooked challenges: intelligently managing and optimizing off-channel inventory at scale.

Our lean, high-performing team brings decades of cross-industry experience and is actively shaping the future of the secondary inventory market.

Another is an AI-native, collaborative platform that automates off-channel inventory management. By facilitating cross-functional workflows, we reduce bottlenecks in inventory transactions and empower stakeholders to optimize merchandise distribution and maximize revenue opportunities. Our mission is to equip reverse logistics teams with the technology they need to navigate complex workflows, saving time, increasing revenue, improving margins, and unlocking actionable insights through data.

Our culture is rooted in collaboration, ownership, and shared progress. Our people and partners are the driving force behind everything we build.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing & Partnerships Associate Manager, the Graphic Design & Content Coordinator will play a key role in shaping and executing Another’s visual identity across digital channels.

This is a design-first role, with the majority of time spent on graphic design and brand-related work, alongside lighter support for content creation and video. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets while contributing to social content in a thoughtful, brand-aligned way.

This role is ideal for someone who is both highly creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to bring brand storytelling to life through polished, intentional design.

What You'll Do

Graphic Design

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for social media, email campaigns, brand decks, and marketing initiatives
  • Own and maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints in line with brand guidelines
  • Assist in the design and layout of product and platform interfaces
  • Support event collateral design and event-related creative needs
  • Manage and organize design files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Assist in platform design layout

Content & Video

  • Develop social content with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and brand alignment
  • Edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Capture content as needed (e.g., office moments, events, behind-the-scenes)
  • Assist in planning and scheduling social content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, events and content direction

What we're Looking For

  • Based in NYC and able to work in-office Tuesday–Thursday
  • 1–2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual content
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital formats
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Interest in retail, fashion, beauty, and/or tech startups

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Take ownership and build a brand’s visual identity
  • Work closely with a small, collaborative team
  • Work from a bright, open-layout office in Flatiron
  • Creative freedom to test new ideas
  • Exposure to a fast-growing startup at the intersection of retail and technology

Location: Flatiron Office (NYC)

Compensation: $35–$45 per hour

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week, T–Th in-office)
