Salary : $26.21/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To : Marketing and Tourism Director
Summary : The Graphics Media Designer & Production Coordinator leads the creative design, prepress, and production workflow for the Oneida Nation’s Printing Department. This role blends high-level graphic design expertise with hands-on production coordination, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of print and digital materials. The position supports departmental goals by planning production schedules, overseeing staff activities, and maintaining efficient, modernized print operations. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.
Minimum Qualifications : Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume.
- Associate Degree in Graphic Arts, Printing, Communication Arts
- Four 5) years’ work experience in Graphic Arts; an equivalent combination of education and experience may beconsidered.
- Mastery level Adobe Creative Suite Software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Online design portfolio presentation required during interview.
