Bachelor's degree. Two years of administrative experience to include grants writing or business planning are required. Additional administrative experience to include grants writing or business planning may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis

This position will be responsible for writing grant applications, budget monitoring and reporting, ensuring financial compliance, and disseminating information to state, local, and federal grant agencies.
