About the job:

Global Product Solutions (GPS) is the link between Google’s Product and Sales organizations. Our north star is to be the market in product development, and to bring clear, packaged advertising solutions to the market that allow our customers to get the most out of our products.
As a part of the YouTube Ads GTM Monetization and Pricing team within GPS, you will power YouTube's long-term commercial growth, architect global pricing strategies, optimize marketplace dynamics, and drive innovation across ad inventory, bidding capabilities, and serving mechanics, ensuring a sustainable and balanced ecosystem across advertisers, viewers, creators, and Google.

As a Global Product Lead for YouTube Monetization and Pricing, you will drive strategic monetization and marketplace optimization, inventory expansion, and commercial innovation across YouTube’s core and emerging advertising surfaces.
