Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the Nissan Global Measurement Plan and Learning Agenda, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Leverage Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality tests to evaluate Search and Video Return on Investment (ROI), collaborating closely with Annalect.
- Align performance metrics across global markets, bridging the comparability gap between traditional TV and digital media measurement.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered and mid-funnel formats (e.g., PMax, Demand Gen) by designing and executing robust A/B tests and incrementality experiments.
- Translate complex technical data into clear C-level narratives and scale successful local market pilots globally through workshops and roadshows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis. 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred
- 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
- Experience working in the automotive sector (managing major OEM accounts) or collaborating with global media agency networks (e.g., Omnicom, Nissan United).
- Experience with measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, and incrementality or lift testing and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data structures, technical constraints, and query updates into clear, strategic narratives for executive sponsors.
