Responsibilities

Take on client accounts over time from the Director of Client Services through a structured transition
Develop and refine SEO growth strategies tailored to each client's goals, market, and practice areas
Lead regular strategy and reporting calls with law firm clients, translating performance data into clear insights and next steps
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that connect SEO and marketing activity to business outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams (such as content, web, and paid media) to execute strategy on schedule and to a high standard
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing expectations, timelines, and relationships
Identify opportunities to expand or improve the scope of work for existing clients
Own ROIOn as an account, including its marketing strategy and growth goals
Run email and social media outreach to introduce and pitch ROIOn to prospective users
Generate online demand through paid advertising and organic channels (content, social, SEO)

Requirements

Experience in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role
Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior stakeholders or executives
Marketing experience across channels such as content, social, email, or paid media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client calls
Strong organization, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines and work across teams

Preferred

General knowledge of SEO. You don't need to be a specialist, but a conceptual understanding of how search visibility, content, and links work together is a big plus. We'll help you build depth from there.
Hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting
Experience working with law firms or in the legal marketing space
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a CRM or reporting platform
