Track and analyze recruitment and outreach efforts.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
Participate in occasional evening and weekend events as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, higher education, or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working toward performance goals and measurable results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
