Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, high schools, businesses, and community organizations.
• Represent the university at educational fairs, networking events, community events, and recruitment activities.
• Conduct outreach activities to promote the university's academic programs.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.
• Track and analyze recruitment and outreach efforts.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
• Participate in occasional evening and weekend events as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, higher education, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working toward performance goals and measurable results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
