Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing for Prime Video third-party content, driving awareness, engagement, and growth through cross-functional launches, performance insights, and scalable processes.

Operational Excellence: Develop scalable processes and frameworks that drive consistency and efficiency across marketing programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for third-party content on Prime Video
Lead cross-functional coordination for content partner launches, working with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Analyze campaign and content performance metrics, delivering insights and reporting to senior leadership on a recurring basis
Coordinate with programming, creative, and partner teams to align marketing efforts with broader Prime Video priorities
Develop scalable processes and frameworks that drive consistency and efficiency across marketing programs
Represent the team in cross-functional planning for seasonal programming
Advocate for the partner and customer experience

Requirements

2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent

Preferred

Knowledge of basic SQL queries
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
Experience automating a complex process
Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
