Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, images, videos, and graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Oversee lifestyle brand management initiatives. Including affiliate platforms such as ShopMy and other client-facing digital engagement opportunities.
Conduct on-site visits as needed to capture day-to-day content and gather media assets required for social media execution and brand storytelling.
Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
Coordinate and schedule content shoot days for completed projects.
Monitor social media engagement by responding to messages/comments when appropriate to help with fostering meaningful interactions with the online community and making network connections with other designers, realtors, builders, etc in other states.
Track media performance analytics to refine strategies for maximum impact on social media marketing efforts.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring at least 4+ years of experience in social media, digital content strategy, lifestyle marketing, or brand-focused creative role.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Lightroom, or similar photo/video editing and content creation platforms.
Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
Strong understanding of current social media trends, engagement, strategies, and digital marketing platforms.
Comfortable attending on-site visits.
Ability to think creatively while maintaining consistency with brand identity, voice, and overall marketing strategy.
Passion for lifestyle branding, interior design, or creative industries strongly preferred.
Experience with creating, planning, and managing content shoots
