Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and design solutions rooted in the brief, brand strategy, and target audience
Create work across shopper marketing, retail, experiential, digital, and presentation touchpoints
Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and color
Partner with writers and cross-functional teams to generate ideas and develop the work
Explore multiple creative approaches and push beyond the first or most obvious solution
Translate approved concepts into polished creative and adapt work across formats, retailers, and channels
Support production-based assignments and internal agency projects as needed
Present creative rationale, incorporate feedback, and communicate openly about project status

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative role, including internships
Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, thoughtful creative choices, and conceptual potential
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent creative training and experience
Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments
Openness to feedback, a collaborative attitude, and a sincere interest in growing

Preferred

Experience using AI image-generation or design tools as part of the creative process
Familiarity with shopper marketing, retail, or experiential design
Internship, freelance, or agency experience
