Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead weekly client meetings, monthly reporting presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
Translate business goals into thoughtful, integrated marketing strategies.
Build trusted relationships with executives, marketing leaders, and business owners.
Provide proactive recommendations that improve campaign performance and help clients achieve their growth objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor who helps clients navigate opportunities, challenges, and changing business priorities.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
Recognize opportunities that create genuine value.
Collaborate with: Account Leadership, Performance Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Agency Leadership.
Help keep projects moving, remove roadblocks, and ensure clients always feel informed, supported, and confident in our work.
Deliver an exceptional client experience by anticipating needs, communicating with clarity, solving problems quickly, and creating an experience that makes clients excited to partner with Brightside.

Requirements

3+ years of account management experience within a digital marketing agency.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and integrated marketing strategies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred

Experience working with fitness, wellness, healthcare, franchise, or multi-location brands.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
Experience coordinating public relations initiatives or integrated marketing campaigns.
Ability to interpret marketing data and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
