Responsibilities

• Film high-quality social media content primarily using an iPhone
• Film with a DJI Osmo Pocket (experience is a plus, but we can teach you!)
• Come up with creative Reel and TikTok concepts during content shoots
• Guide clients on what to say, how to deliver it, and what to do on camera
• Help clients feel comfortable, natural, and confident while filming
• Understand social media trends, hooks, angles, storytelling, and what makes content engaging
• Capture a variety of creative shots and content that can be repurposed across platforms
• Bring energy, creativity, and initiative to every shoot
• Represent OnBrand Media professionally while working directly with clients

Requirements

• Creative with a strong eye for social media content
• Outgoing and comfortable communicating with clients
• Confident giving direction during shoots
• Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and current content trends
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable taking initiative and thinking creatively on the spot
• Previous content creation, videography, or social media experience is a plus
