Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Front Desk Team Member to join our high-end health and wellness studio. This is a permanent position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive atmosphere.

Front Desk Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Organize and assist with both in-office and community health talks
  • Serve as the lead coordinator for outside marketing initiatives and events
  • Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage information
  • Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and warmth
  • Prepare and maintain incoming patient files and documentation
  • Assist with office financial management and payment processing
  • Prepare rooms and office areas for patient visits
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
  • Perform opening and closing office procedures
  • Conduct appointment reminder calls and patient follow-up communication
  • Provide cross-coverage support for additional office duties, including patient exercises, re-examinations, and other patient care support tasks
  • Participate in outside marketing and community outreach events

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to learn with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to represent and promote practice through community outreach and professional relationships with local businesses
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and team members alike

No prior chiropractic experience is required. While experience is certainly a plus, we value attitude, coachability, reliability, and compassion above all else.

Competitive compensation will be offered based on experience, with additional monthly bonus opportunities available.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
