Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and reservations
- Handle guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with rate management, inventory, and OTA systems
- Support hotel marketing and revenue strategies
- Coordinate operational projects with the General Manager
- Ensure smooth front desk and administrative operations
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of hotel front desk experience
- Proficient in Opera PMS
- Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of:
- Revenue Management
- Hotel Marketing
- Aven Hospitality CRS
- Hotel Sales
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist the General Manager with daily operations and special projects
- Team player with a professional appearance and attitude

Capri Laguna on the Beach is a boutique hotel located on the edge of the water in Laguna Beach. Newly renovated, the Capri offers a place of tranquility, relaxation and fun for both couples, families and even singles wanting to get away from it all. Each room is just footsteps from the sand. The Capri has character, and offers a cozy and casual environment for those who want to escape the formal hustle & bustle of City life. The welcoming and gracious staff is always available to help those who want to come and experience its' charming atmosphere. Capri Laguna offers a continental breakfast in the morning - or if one wishes to stay in, each room is equipped with a small kitchenette, microwave, coffee pot, coffee, robe and slippers - to name a few. The front desk is open 24 hours and will always assist with a friendly smile. The Capri has a pool, and beach service is also available. Umbrellas, chairs and little tables are available gratis upon request to our guests, and snacks are available for purchase on the beach and in the lobby. Come join us for our Friday evening wine & cheese reception up on the top deck during sunset.
