We are inviting experienced professionals with backgrounds in operations and strategic messaging to collaborate on high-level data collection and AI evaluation projects. This is a freelance, project-based opportunity—remote and designed for individuals who want to apply their operational logic and communication expertise to the frontier of AI development.

What you’ll work on

• Reviewing AI-generated prompt–response pairs using structured quality rubrics.
• Writing engaging prompts, dialogues, and original content across business operations and corporate communications.
• Refining and editing conversations for clarity, tone, safety, and brand voice alignment.
• Conducting research to ensure content is grounded in realistic business scenarios and professional communication standards.
• Auditing high-priority materials to meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Staying updated with industry terminology and language trends for authenticity and relevance.
• Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Project details

• Duration: Tasks for this project are expected to be available for ~3 months (with potential extensions). You’ll retain the flexibility to accept tasks of your choice.
• Location: Remote (United States)
• Payout structure: Task-based pay model. Earn $50/task (estimated 1 hour per completed task).
• Type: Freelance/independent contractor.

Who we are looking for

• Master’s or PhD in Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, business process optimization, or strategic communications.
• Exceptional writing and comprehension skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfort with digital tools, content platforms, and standard software.
