Role Description: The Chief Creative Officer (CCO) serves as Adoskope’s senior creative executive and primary client-facing creative authority. Responsible for the creative performance and reputation of the agency, the CCO leads the development of transformative creative strategies, campaigns, and experiences that drive measurable business outcomes for clients. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, business, culture, and innovation, ensuring that every solution delivered by Adoskope is strategically sound, creatively exceptional, and commercially effective.
As a member of the Leadership Team, the CCO partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen client relationships, expand agency capabilities, drive new business opportunities, and position Adoskope as a leader in media, commerce, and technology.
While the Head of Creative oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the creative department, the CCO remains focused on creative vision, client leadership, agency growth, and creative excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Client Partnership
- Serve as Adoskope’s senior creative advisor across key client accounts and strategic engagements.
- Lead creative discovery sessions, workshops, presentations, and executive-level client meetings.
- Translate business objectives into innovative, creative strategies, campaigns, and experiences.
- Build trusted relationships with client leadership teams and key decision-makers.
- Champion creative solutions that drive measurable business results.
Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns across branding, advertising, digital, social, experiential, content, media, and emerging technologies.
- Guide creative concepts from ideation through final delivery.
- Ensure all work aligns with client objectives, audience insights, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Growth, Account, and Production teams to create cohesive solutions that move businesses forward.
Agency Creative Excellence
- Establish and uphold the creative standards that define Adoskope’s reputation.
- Provide executive oversight and final creative review on major campaigns and deliverables.
- Ensure creative work consistently reflects innovation, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in the agency’s creative capabilities and offerings.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Support agency growth through pitches, proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to identify new market opportunities and creative service expansions.
- Help secure new business by demonstrating Adoskope’s creative capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Contribute to client retention, account growth, and long-term partnership development.
Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Stay at the forefront of creative, cultural, technological, and consumer trends.
- Introduce new methodologies, tools, and approaches that strengthen Adoskope’s competitive advantage.
- Elevate the agency’s thought leadership and creative influence within the marketplace.
- Identify opportunities to innovate across media, commerce, technology, and brand experiences.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Head of Creative.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Support talent development and succession planning within the creative department.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to build a high-performing creative organization
