Responsibilities

• Build and manage Patronus AI’s presence on Twitter/X and LinkedIn, shaping our voice and engaging with the broader AI community
• Own and execute marketing strategy end-to-end, from brand positioning to campaign execution and distribution
• Produce high-quality marketing collateral such as videos, blog posts, social media content
• Translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with technical audiences
• Engage the community and the broader space both digitally and physically in ways that build traction
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social, website, and content
• Bring the brand to life in the real world through curated events and high-signal community events

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing or start-up experience in marketing
• Strong presence on X, or a clear track record of growing an engaged network from scratch
• High agency and ownership mindset; you take ideas from 0→1 without needing heavy direction
• Proven experience in early-stage startups or building from scratch, with a strong track record of successfully marketing technical products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for storytelling and brand
• Scrappy and resourceful; comfortable experimenting, iterating, and moving quickly
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from defining brand positioning to executing campaigns
• Experience with digital marketing and AI tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
