SRND AI is building the system for how music releases operate.

Our goal is to redefine how software operates in the music and creator space — shifting from manual execution to intelligent, automated systems.

This is a part-time, pre-seed Founding Engineer role with a flexible schedule.

You will work directly with the founder to design and build the core product from the ground up — not just features, but the system itself.

This includes:

• Designing and implementing core product functionality end-to-end

• Building workflow-driven systems (multi-step automation, state transitions, execution logic)

• Developing AI-powered systems (LLM integration, orchestration, decision-making layers)

• Integrating APIs across platforms and ensuring reliability at scale

• Creating automation pipelines that operate without manual intervention

• Structuring and managing system-wide data and logic

• Contributing to architecture decisions and long-term system design

• Solving early-stage technical challenges in a fast-moving environment

This is a 0 → 1 role with real ownership and direct impact on the direction of the product.

• Strong ability to build full-stack applications independently

• Experience working with APIs at a deep level (auth, edge cases, failures, scaling)

• Experience building or working with AI systems (LLMs, automation, or ML-based workflows)

• Understanding of automation systems, workflows, and event-driven logic

• Strong grasp of software architecture and system design principles

• Ability to handle asynchronous processes and background execution

• Experience debugging complex, real-world system behavior

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly without perfect specs

• Experience in early-stage startups or building 0 → 1 products (full-stack dev.)

• Experience with automation systems, internal tools, or growth systems

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments

• Interest in music, creators, or media technology

• Strong product intuition and willingness to contribute beyond engineering

• Meaningful early equity (founding-level ownership)

• Hourly cash compensation (flexible based on experience)
