You will own end-to-end Meta ads work for local/service businesses, driving creative development, campaign setup and testing, audience optimization, and ongoing analysis with clear learning and recommendations.

Own creatives, testing, and optimization workflows
Build, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns end-to-end
Analyze results and communicate actionable learnings

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating high-converting ad creatives (video, image, copy, hooks, etc.)
Building and testing Meta campaigns
Audience targeting and optimization
Pixel/event tracking (or helping me verify it’s set up correctly)
Explaining why you’re making certain decisions so I can learn along the way
Reviewing results and making recommendations as campaigns run
