Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Distribute flyers to residential properties
  • Find opportunities online in many real estate sites
  • Identify opportunities for home upgrades
  • Identify visible opportunities such as fading or peeling paint, damaged exteriors, tile, retexturing, trim, crown molding, flush-mount vents, and other renovation needs
  • Track properties and leads through our Ambassador | Canvasser Program
  • Use Google Maps Timeline to document distribution activity
  • Follow up and track opportunities through our systems
  • Set qualified homeowner appointments
  • Help generate new business for Placidity
  • Follow up with homeowners and go to appointments to determine needs.
