Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help members with goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments
- Teach members how to follow their custom workout program
- Monitor progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed
- Build genuine relationships with members over months and years
- Cover the front desk as needed: check-ins, tours, keeping the gym running
- Part-time or full-time, 10 to 40 hours a week. Consistent shifts and schedule.
Requirements
- You do NOT need a personal training certification. We'll pay for it.
- You do NOT need a college degree.
- You do NOT need prior gym experience.
- Former athletes, military spouses, fitness enthusiasts, and exercise science students are all welcome.
- You work out regularly and enjoy helping others.
- You're coachable and willing to learn a structured system and follow it.
- You're reliable and show up on time.
