Job Description

Responsibilities

Engaging with finance-led customer enquiries - Both inbound and outbound calls, delivering a professional, customer-focused experience every time.
Managing customer journeys and live interaction - identifying those checking their credit profile, converting them into full finance proposals, and turning approvals into confirmed appointments.
Connect with customers who are ready to upgrade into a newer car for a similar monthly payment, helping them make confident, informed decisions.
Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring every lead, contact, and proposal is logged, tracked, and followed up to maximise conversion.
Upholding the highest standards of compliance and quality assurance, ensuring every interaction aligns with our regulatory, ethical, and customer service commitments.
