Job Summary

Drive US field marketing and ABM programs with end-to-end ownership of events, campaigns, and sales enablement to influence pipeline.

  • Must-have: Proven field marketing, events, and demand-gen experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup.
  • Standout: Own strategy-to-execution with budget control and cross-functional sales partnership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Sales Support: Work day-to-day with US AEs to align on priorities, coordinate campaign execution, ensure timely sales enablement, and handover leads that are genuinely ready to engage. You'll track program performance and report on pipeline impact, this is metrics-driven marketing.
  • Events & Conferences: Own the end-to-end execution of US-based conferences, field events, and hosted activations. You'll attend events in person; booth support, sales coordination, relationship building, and own the full funnel from pre-event promotion through post-event follow-up.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute ABM campaigns for priority US accounts; 1:few and 1:many programs including events, paid campaigns, and targeted content.
  • Regional Paid Campaigns: Manage and execute US-focused paid campaigns.
  • Content & Sales Enablement: Create and adapt US-specific content and assets including case studies, event collateral and presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Full ownership of US events and field programs; from strategy through execution
  • Day-to-day partnership with US sales team; you're their field marketing partner
  • Pipeline attribution; you'll track which campaigns and events actually drive deals
  • Budget management for field programs, paid campaigns, and event spend
  • Relationship management with vendors, agencies, and freelancers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to execute programs independently from brief to delivery
  • Strong experience supporting sales and working closely with AEs and SDRs
  • Hands-on experience running events and conferences
  • Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and freelancers
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
  • Data-literate; you track pipeline and campaign performance, not just vanity metrics
  • Willingness to travel within the US (reasonable frequency)

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to enterprise or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs

Benefits

  • Salary & benefits: Competitive base, PTO, 401k and comprehensive health cover
  • Equity & Upside: We share our success with the people who build it
  • Location: NYC hybrid preference, but open to US remote
  • Growth: Build our US field marketing strategy from the ground up. Learn more in 12 months than most roles offer in three years
  • Scope: No two weeks will be the same; you own your programs. You take a brief and run with it. No endless approval chains.
