wWe are seeking an experienced Federal Social Security Disability (SSD/SSI) Attorney to represent clients in federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals

.The primary focus of this position is representing claimants seeking to overturn Social Security Administration disability benefit denials after all lower administrative remedies have been exhausted.

This role requires sophisticated legal analysis, strong federal litigation skills, and the ability to identify and effectively argue reversible legal errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in federal court matters involving SSD and SSI benefit denials
• Review Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) decisions and underlying records to identify reversible legal errors
• Conduct legal research involving federal disability law and applicable procedures
• Draft persuasive federal court briefs challenging disability benefit denials
• Present oral arguments before federal judges when required
• Manage federal litigation case files from appeal through resolution
• Maintain strict compliance with federal court filing requirements and deadlines
• Explain complex legal and procedural matters clearly to clients throughout the case

Qualification

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of the Social Security Act
• Strong knowledge of federal civil procedure
• Ability to manage multiple case files and strict federal court deadlines
• Ability to communicate complex procedural and legal matters clearly to clients
