Visit our website today to join the team that supports our staff Job Description The employee engagement specialist will support the daily operations for the Engagement Department. Some of the duties include new employee orientation, onboarding, schedule interviews, attend job fairs, assist FOD staff with special trainings, schedule insurance sessions, assist with internal and external mail run, and assist with transportation. Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and teammates. Must be 18 or older. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
