Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the full Communications team to review, evaluate, and vet media opportunities, including conflict checks.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications that balance journalistic writing, storytelling, and brand alignment.
- Assist in developing media lists, pitches, and media briefing materials.
- Fully own the media monitoring and tracking process.
- Support updates to the Mintz website related to attorney media placements.
- Produce weekly internal communications summarizing media coverage.
- Assist in obtaining permission and reprint rights for bylined articles and republished content.
- Identify and track awards and recognitions; assist with nominations in collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and attorneys.
- Collect data and assist with firmwide survey submissions.
- Help prepare reports and analytics for firm leadership.
