We’re Hiring: Project Manager, Experiential Production

Framework Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager, Experiential Production to join our Brand Division.

This is not a traditional project management role. We’re looking for someone with a strong experiential production or producer background who knows how to take a physical brand activation from concept through fabrication, deployment, on-site execution and final reconciliation.

You’ll manage the critical path for some of our largest brand activations, working across fabrication, engineering, permitting, freight, vendors, field teams and venue operations. You’ll also lead execution on site and keep multiple programs moving at different stages of production.

What you’ll own:

• Production of experiential and live event activations from concept through closeout

• Fabrication, engineering, permitting, freight and deployment logistics

• Load-in, load-out and on-site execution of major activations

• Vendor schedules, deliverables and production timelines

• Touring and multi-stop activation programs

• Site surveys and coordination with venues and event production teams

• On-site crews, contracted field managers, brand ambassadors and staffing partners

• Master activation calendar and critical program dependencies

• Program status, milestone completion and budget variance reporting

• Asset storage, refurbishment and redeployment across programs

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in experiential, live event or brand activation production

• Hands-on experience managing physical builds or fabricated activations, including load-in, load-out and vendor crews

• Experience managing significant activation or build budgets from concept through reconciliation

• Working knowledge of permitting, certificates of insurance and engineering requirements for temporary structures

• Ability to manage multiple active programs simultaneously at different stages of production

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to travel 50–60% from February through December, including weekends and multi-week touring windows

• Ability to work extended hours on site in outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically without restriction

• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Music festival or motorsports production experience

• Touring or multi-stop activation experience

• Experience directing contracted field or tour managers

• Experience with milestone-based billing structures

• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana or Smartsheet

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Notion

Location & Work Environment: San Clemente, CA

This role is based out of Framework Group’s San Clemente office and requires regular in-person collaboration when not traveling for activations. Flexibility is available based on production schedules, travel and business needs. This is not a fully remote position.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000
