The Role

I am looking for a local KC professional to serve as a Executive Marketing Assistantas my right-hand. This is a part-time role designed for someone who doesn’t just wait for instructions, but instead ensures the engine is running perfectly. You are the Integrator who ensures the CEO stays in her zone of genius, the creative team remains aligned with deadlines, and our clients receive white-glove support.

Operations

• Project Management: Own the Notion boards. You are the heartbeat of our workflow, following up with team members to guarantee all deliverables are ready for review well before they reach the client.
• Quality Assurance: Serve as the final set of eyes. You double-check every post, tag, and caption for spelling and aesthetic alignment.
• Asset Organization: Manage Google Drive and Notion to ensure the team has exactly what they need to work efficiently.
• Daily Briefing: Provide a brief daily check-in so CEO has full visibility into client and team status across all fronts.

Marketing Execution

• Email Marketing: Write, design, and schedule emails. You must be able to identify "AI-patterns" and rewrite them to sound authentic and human.
• Podcast Management: Own the end-to-end SOP: includes using AI and Canva to help write the description, design the cover photo (template provided), and schedule on Transistor and YouTube.
• Creative Support: You have a sharp eye for social content. If our strategist is unavailable, you can step into CapCut or Canva to produce content that meets our aesthetic standards.
• Analytics Reporting: Once a month, you will pull and analyze performance metrics across all platforms. You’ll create a concise report for each client that highlights wins, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights for the month ahead.

Qualifications

• Locality: Must live in the KC Metro area for monthly in-person meetings and occasional client events.
• Experience: 3+ years in Marketing or Agency Operations. You understand industry best practices, trends, and process improvement.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate-to-Advanced in Video Editing (CapCut/Edits) and Canva.
• Communication: Exceptional professional integrity. You are responsive on Slack/Notion during business hours (9-5 PM).

The Details

• Pay: $30/hr.
• Hours: 5–10 hours/week to start, with the potential to scale to 20 hours/week.
• Role Type: Part-time & Remote (Must be based in Kansas City for monthly in-person meetings and local events).
• Trial: There will be a paid trial project for the right candidates.
