Role Description

Aroluxe is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a full-time hybrid role based in Brentwood, TN, with partial remote work flexibility. The Executive Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, and providing direct support to the executive team. The role also involves overseeing communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks, ensuring efficient office operations and executive support.
• Experience with managing Expense Reports and other financial documentation with accuracy.
• Strong Executive Support skills, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively relay information and manage correspondence.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, calendars, and project management software.
• Previous experience in supporting C-level executives is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
