Join Our Team as a Event Specialist Think Tell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, workshops, and special occasions. Your creativity and organizational skills will play a vital role in ensuring that each event is memorable and runs smoothly. Responsibilities Plan and execute various types of events such as conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and resources. Develop event timelines, budgets, and comprehensive plans to ensure seamless execution. Manage logistics including transportation, catering, audiovisual needs, and attendee registration. Create engaging marketing materials and promotional content to attract attendees. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in event planning or project management, with a strong portfolio of past events. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
