Responsibilities

• Represent brands confidently through in-person interactions at retail stores, events, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers
• Collect valuable data during promotions to support marketing strategies and customer insights
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and handling sales objections effectively
• Promote products actively through sampling, signage, and direct communication to boost sales performance
• Coordinate with team members to set up promotional displays, ensure brand consistency, and maintain a lively presence at all events

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
• Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer feedback and promotional outcomes
• Knowledge of event marketing techniques and customer relationship building strategies
• Excellent communication skills with a confident public speaking presence for product presentations and brand representation
• Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
• Technical proficiency with retail store product knowledge and promotional equipment is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
