Responsibilities

• Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners at events
• Actively engage attendees and create interest in Joyce products
• Coach and motivate team members on-site to improve results
• Build and develop a high-performing event marketing team through recruiting, training, and coaching
• Manage relationships with event venues, coordinators, and partners
• Take ownership of market growth by identifying new partnerships, improving event performance, and expanding Joyce's local presence
• Support event setup and teardown as part of a hands-on team environment
• Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment target

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of event marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or lead-generation experience
• Experience leading or mentoring others in a performance-driven environment (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people
• Willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte market
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and continue growing an established market
• Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment
