Responsibilities

• Coordinate event, promotion, campaign, scheduling, or attendee-support activities that can be handled remotely.
• Maintain event calendars, vendor details, customer records, approvals, and project trackers.
• Communicate updates and requirements clearly to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support digital promotion, reporting, and post-event follow-up as assigned.
• Track deadlines and resolve routine coordination issues before they affect delivery.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
