Responsibilities

• Maintain event marketing timelines, promotional calendars, audience lists, and campaign deliverables in the Event Marketing Coordinator role at Seronda Network.
• Coordinate email, social, web, partner, and content promotion before and after events as part of the Event Marketing Coordinator role at Seronda Network.
• Prepare event messaging, registration links, tracking details, speaker or sponsor assets, and campaign materials across communications, reputation, and events in this Event Marketing Coordinator position.
• Monitor registrations, engagement, attendance, and campaign performance and prepare status updates for the Seronda Network team as part of Event Marketing Coordinator work.
• Coordinate changes and approvals with event, creative, sales, and marketing stakeholders while supporting communications, reputation, and events in the Event Marketing Coordinator role at Seronda Network.
• Support post-event follow-up, attendee communications, and performance reporting as part of day-to-day Event Marketing Coordinator responsibilities at Seronda Network.

Requirements

• Strong event coordination, marketing communication, organization, and deadline-management skills for the Event Marketing Coordinator opening at Seronda Network.
• Comfort using event, email, social, CRM, spreadsheet, and project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple promotional assets and changing event details accurately.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Basic analytical skills for tracking registration and campaign performance.
