Responsibilities

• Coordinate Event Marketing Coordinator tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities for Lorygen Group.
• Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation so marketing work moves on schedule. This supports the Event Marketing Coordinator role. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.
• Review performance data and prepare clear updates that connect Event Marketing Coordinator activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand. This supports the Event Marketing Coordinator role. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.
• Quality-check campaign information, content, records, and handoffs before completion and document important changes or decisions. This supports the Event Marketing Coordinator role. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Event Marketing Coordinator work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Lorygen Group.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Event Marketing Coordinator workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote Event Marketing Coordinator position.
