Responsibilities

• Maintain event marketing timelines, promotional calendars, audience lists, and campaign deliverables in the Event Marketing Coordinator role at Lorygen Group.
• Coordinate email, social, web, partner, and content promotion before and after events as part of the Event Marketing Coordinator role at Lorygen Group.
• Prepare event messaging, registration links, tracking details, speaker or sponsor assets, and campaign materials across digital services and customer delivery in this Event Marketing Coordinator position.
• Monitor registrations, engagement, attendance, and campaign performance and prepare status updates for the Lorygen Group team as part of Event Marketing Coordinator work.
• Coordinate changes and approvals with event, creative, sales, and marketing stakeholders while supporting digital services and customer delivery in the Event Marketing Coordinator role at Lorygen Group.
• Support post-event follow-up, attendee communications, and performance reporting as part of day-to-day Event Marketing Coordinator responsibilities at Lorygen Group.

Requirements

• Strong event coordination, marketing communication, organization, and deadline-management skills for the Event Marketing Coordinator opening at Lorygen Group.
