Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at events by engaging attendees in meaningful conversations, educating them about the mission, and encouraging community involvement.
• Build strong connections with community members and potential donors by fostering trust, answering questions, and highlighting the impact of their support.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring a smooth experience that maximizes outreach efforts.
• Track engagement and campaign progress by accurately recording donor interactions, event participation, and key insights to improve future strategies.
• Work closely with the Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador team to develop creative outreach strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase donor participation, and strengthen community engagement.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve campaign effectiveness by analyzing event outcomes, identifying opportunities for growth, and suggesting innovative engagement approaches.
